Reserving a Coach Hire

When to book: We advise that you plan your bus reservations at least one month in advance to secure availability. At this time, our representatives will walk you through all of our vehicle models and amenities to make sure you secure the best ride possible for your next trip. You can call us at any time to receive a free quote. Final rates will be based on availability and may change. It's important to remember that booking your charter coach hire early will provide you with the lowest rate for your trip.

What Information You Need: When you call to make your reservation, you will want to have the following information on-hand:

  • Contact information (Name, Phone Number, Email)
  • Date, time and location of pickup
  • Date, time and location of destination
  • Requests for pick-up and drop-off stops along your route
  • Additional requests (e.g., Handicap vehicle needs, special amenities)

** Note: Regulations permit your driver to a maximum of 10 hours per day with 15 hours of duty time. Eight (8) hours of rest is required for your driver between shifts.

Selecting The Right Bus

Coach Hire: The charter bus is our largest fleet selection, seating up to 56 passengers. This vehicle is popular amongst long distance travelers and groups traveling in great sizes. Our mini bus category ranges from Mercedes-Benz sprinter vans to larger buses. Smaller sprinter vans are commonly used for airport transportation and transferring groups with multiple checkpoints throughout Australia. The mini buses our platform also have the capability of being upgraded with premium amenities.

Entertainer Bus: Entertainer buses, commonly known as tour buses, are great for travelers going the distance. This vehicle brings our passengers a Òhome away from homeÓ with various amenities including couches, kitchenettes, beds, bathrooms and Wi-Fi. Entertainer buses make great rentals for bands and entertainers on tour or groups planning a long-distance road trip.

The Day Before Your Trip

The day before your trip, you will receive an email and automated SMS with your drivers contact information. We recommend calling your driver directly to discuss and special requests or additional instructions before you head on the road.

The Day of Your Trip

On the day of your trip, be sure to arrive to your pickup location on time. Your driver will assist you and your guests with boarding as well as help store away any luggage you may have with you. If your vehicle does not come equipped with a bathroom on board, we advise you and your group use the restrooms before boarding. Gratuity to your driver is 100% at your discretion. The standard rate for gratuity to drivers is 10%.
